What the work involves
Most roof leaks are not a hole in the roof. Water gets in where the roof meets something else: a valley that has rusted through, a box gutter that has lost its fall, or a downpipe that is blocked and backing water up under the tiles. We trace the whole path the water takes, from the roof line through the gutters and downpipes to the stormwater line underground, and repair the part that has actually failed rather than the part where the stain appeared. Allan is registered for roofing and stormwater under licence 47581, which anyone can check on the Victorian public register.

Can you find a drain fault without digging?
In most cases, yes. We run a CCTV camera through the line and record the condition of the pipe, which identifies the fault and its depth from the surface. Any excavation is then limited to that one location.
Do you do gas fitting as well as plumbing?
Yes. We install and connect gas appliances, run new gas points, detect and repair leaks, and carry out carbon monoxide safety checks. Every gas installation is tested and certified on completion.
